Between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday, please call 1.800.486.1312, option 2. Your call will be directed immediately to our dispatch team. In the event that all lines are busy, please leave a detailed message (including your name and phone number) and our dispatchers will return your call as soon as possible. In case of a technical emergency, please call 1.800.486.1312 and follow our easy-to-use voice prompts to beep an on-call 24-hour technician. You will be phoned by our on-call technician as soon as they are available to help you.
